This edition features over 250 speakers, 400 abstracts, and 800 program sessions, supported by more than 60 sponsors — a large-scale gathering that reflects the importance of the field.

Behind the scientific richness and logistical complexity of a symposium of this scale, our challenge was to deliver a fluid, intuitive, and well-structured experience. With clear navigation and user journeys tailored to different profiles, the website guides each visitor to the information they need, without overwhelming them.
Before the symposium: get informed and organized
From the full program to session details, pre-courses, speaker info, news updates, practical information, and sponsor visibility, the site helps participants prepare for the symposium in advance — effectively and with ease.
During the symposium: your digital companion
Optimized for mobile, the site becomes a Progressive Web App, installable on any device. It offers personalized or general planning at a glance, access to abstracts, posters, sponsored satellite sessions, and an interactive venue map to help participants find their way through the multiple floors of the Square Meeting Centre.
After the event: stay connected
Even after the symposium ends, the website remains a central hub. Participants can replay recorded sessions, validate training credits, and stay informed about upcoming ISICEM events.
